Parchment Family Practice, P.C. is located at 2350 East G Avenue in Parchment, MI 49004. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

General Policies
Patients are seen by appointment only. For emergencies, please call before coming to the office.
Please try to call several weeks in advance for routine appointments and physicals. For more urgent matters, our staff will try to get you in on the same day.
The phone is answered 24 hours a day. If Dr. Born is unavailable, there will be another physician "On-Call." After hours calls are for emergency and urgent situations.

Confidentiality and privacy of your health and financial information is of ultimate priority to us. Our staff will ensure that your information is maintained and disclosed only in the proper manner and in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines.
